Position: Instrumentation Engineer Location: Muradnagar, Uttar Pradesh Requisites: · ITI/Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics, or related field. · 3–4 years of experience in a tyre manufacturing plant or heavy process industry. · Knowledge of tyre curing, hot water press systems, and PLC/SCADA systems. · Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. · Willingness to work in shifts if required. Responsibilities: Instrumentation & Automation: · Maintain and calibrate instrumentation systems for tyre curing machinery and hot water press panels. · Troubleshoot electrical and electronic issues in temperature, pressure, and control systems used in tyre manufacturing. · Program and configure PLC-based control systems and interface with HMI panels. Production Support: · Monitor and ensure smooth operation of tyre curing process equipment. · Support production and maintenance teams during equipment breakdowns and process optimization. · Analyze curing data and recommend improvements to increase equipment efficiency and reduce downtime. Preventive Maintenance: · Plan and execute scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance of control systems and instruments. · Maintain detailed documentation of instrument calibration and servicing logs.
